Noises in the kitchen at night could be rats or mice. Kev works out which it is before anything goes down, so the treatment fits the problem.

Traps are laid or bait is put down where it will do the job, inside or out, from kitchens to decking and planters.

Back to finish the job
Kev comes back to clear what has been caught and to top up the bait if the first lot has gone, until you've had no more trouble.

You'll be shown where they got in and what to do about it, so you aren't calling again next season.

Perpestual Pest Control is Kev. When you ring the number, you get him, and he is the one who turns up, works out what is going on and comes back until it is done. Pest control has been his full time job since 2014, working from Houghton le Spring across the North East.

He came out that day, laid traps and was just as punctual to return to remove the rat once it had been caught. He’s professional, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. He also offered advice about where it got in and how to prevent it.
Rang kev and within the hour he was out , great price and give me some tips on how to keep mice out of the house , he put his poison down and we have had no problems since , would highly recomend , cheers kev 👍🏻

Had noise coming from kitchen overnight. Kevin came first thing in the morning and diagnosed mice, absolutely fantastic service, we were convinced we had rats. Great guy, very honest and professional! Kevin sorted the problem straight away. We slept a lot easier the following night.
Had Kevin out twice for rats under decking and planters. Highly recommended. As someone with a phobia of rats he put my mind at ease and came back to put more poison down after the first lot was gone.
